upload process seems buggy

Is anyone else having difficulties uploading files to the site? I get a confirmation message, but the upload symbol never stops turning. I'm waiting on a reply from the support email address.

    Feel free to submit your entries via email to newmedia@blm.gov if you are having issues with the site. We have no control over the upload process, but I know that there is a 10MB size limit. I see that you have submitted, but the files don't seem to have come through. Thanks for taking part, and hopefully the issue will be addressed.

    Thanks, Kaveh. Each file is about 3 megabytes, so I don't think size is the problem. It doesn't appear to have correctly uploaded the MSWord document either, which is just a few dozen kilobytes. I'll wait a day to see if the vendor is paying attention to their support inbox. You should have already received my copyright and permissions file at the email address above. I'll send the actual entry via email if this isn't resolved soon. Thanks! Liam
